Sage is seeking a Director to join its growing Global Routes to Revenue (“RTR”) team. The RTR team is responsible for GTM design, developing commercial models, revenue planning and creating an analytical framework to measure GTM performance. Reporting into the Director of GTM Performance & Analytics, you will be responsible for helping to create a global single source of truth for GTM analytics (starting with the Intacct product).

- Responsible for building and managing some of the key deliverables for the global GTM analytics reporting Suite (starting with the Intacct product), including:
- Work closely with the Data Product Manager – GTM Analytics to maintain and evolve operational KPIs to measure key initiatives that support the growth of Sage’s key Business Units.
- Build an interactive global reporting suite using above dataset, which looks at key marketing, operational and financial metrics / KPIs
- Ownership of detailed process notes and guidance, documenting key calculations performed and assumptions taken
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business and analysts in local regional Commercial Operations teams to produce high quality analyses that drive actionable insights
- Dive into areas of the business and conduct root cause analysis and support senior leaders to effect change where required.
- Ownership of ad-hoc analytics projects to inform commercial model decisions, helping senior stakeholders in driving GTM strategy, along with maintaining the pipeline of these ad-hoc projects and tracking progress.
- Establish strong relationships with and become a key advisor to Sage’s GTM executives.
- Work effectively in diverse teams with an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution and support each other to learn and prosper
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience
- Deep expertise in Power BI, Data modelling, SQL
- Prior experience leading analytics teams
- Strong intellectual curiosity
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ideally you will have supported GTM teams at a software company
