Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define & communicate the long-term product strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall company objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Lead the vision and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, including new product innovations including Co-Pilot and strategic partnerships with AWS.
- Evaluate opportunities to integrate generative AI technologies, enhancing our product offerings & staying ahead in the market.
- Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and actionable development plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, UX/UI, & accounting teams) to prioritize product features & ensure timely, successful product launches.
- Continuously track and analyze product performance, leveraging KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement feedback loops from customers and internal teams to drive feature enhancements and product iteration.
- Ensure all AI/ML products adhere to compliance and security standards in the finance and accounting domain.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, emerging AI/ML technologies, and competitive products to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the viability of AI/ML models, technical feasibility, and scalability of products.
- Assess the impact of AI/ML products on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business value.
- 5 years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML-focused products.
- Demonstrated experience in managing products in the accounting or finance domain is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven decision-making skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new AI/ML technologies and concepts.
- Experience with product management tools such as Notion and GitHub.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and collaboration tools is a plus.
