Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative for the Sage Timeslips team is responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals through new sales, add-on sales, upgrades of existing accounts, and migration to additional Sage products/services. This role requires a consultative, value-based selling approach designed to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Sage requires all sales associates to maintain accurate records of activities, targeted close dates, sales potential, and close probabilities.
The position will be part of a professional inside sales team utilizing a hybrid work schedule to maximize engagement and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation - Meet or exceed 100% of the assigned individual revenue quota.
Pipeline Management by utilizing customer relationship management tools (including Salesforce.com) to track and maintain accurate records of all assigned activities.
Quickly respond to marketing leads.
Professional Sales Attitude - Characterized by a positive, confident, and enthusiastic demeanor, a focus on the customer’s needs and interests, a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the market continuously. This role requires a "hunter" sales methodology.
Qualifications:
2 years of business-to-business sales experience achieving/overachieving an individual sales quota or equivalent experience is required.
1 years of successful cold-calling/prospecting sales experience, utilizing social media and/or provided lists.
This position requires a sales "hunter" mindset.
Must have a clear understanding of sales processes/stages of sales.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
Experience in sales in the software/technology industry is a plus.
A fundamental understanding of business processes and operations is a plus.
General computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce products are required.
