Job Description
As our Sales Manager for Growth at Sage Intacct, you'll leverage your expertise in cloud computing, business applications, accounting/ERP, and B2B sales. Every day, you will operate in a dynamic and innovative environment; you'll apply this knowledge with the necessary tools, resources, and leadership support to promote our business application solutions to existing clientele. Your success in this position hinges on your dedication to achieving victories, complemented by the guidance of experienced leaders, as you spearhead business and revenue expansion within our established customer base.
Hybrid: 3 days per week in one of our Atlanta, Lawrenceville, or Austin offices.
Key Responsibilities
Hire and manage a team of 6-8 Customer Account Executives.
Ramp and onboard new hires in collaboration with Sales Enablement.
Own and develop a vertical and associated product line – analyze past historical data and implement a strategy to drive increased sales in the product line.
Collaborate cross-departmentally: Marketing, Product, Professional Services, VARs, ISVs.
Assist your team in negotiating pricing and contractual terms to close sales in partnership with the customer success account manager.
Responsible for forecasting all opportunities based on Sage Intacct sales model and opportunity management definitions.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding departmental goals for sales quota.
Requirements:
5 years of quota-carrying software sales and account management experience.
1 years of management or team lead experience.
Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company).
Experience managing and closing high-volume sales cycles.
Preferred experience selling ERP business software solutions to C-level executives.
Strong and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills, including
Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
