As a Summer Intern for Special Projects & Salesforce Data Management, you will work closely with the VP of Sales to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and usability of our client data that will drive sales initiatives. This role will be pivotal in supporting ongoing efforts to make a behavior shift both with our clients and colleagues. Outcomes will result in increased customer satisfaction, a decrease in terminated clients and will drive more value-add conversations by our sales teams.

You’ll also assist in developing actionable insights to optimize sales processes and drive decision-making across the organization.
- Audit, clean, and update Salesforce.com records to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in implementing data management best practices, including deduplication, enrichment, and segmentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of new data and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate reports to support sales leadership in tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
- Document processes and create user-friendly guides for ongoing data management.
- Support special projects focused on optimizing sales operations, such as territory alignment, account mapping, and forecasting.
- Present findings and progress updates to the VP of Sales and other stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce.com and sales data management.
- Insight into sales strategies and operational excellence in a high-growth technology company.
