- Lead the end-to-end process of calculating, analyzing, and validating complex commission payments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, HR, and the COE, to drive initiatives that support scalable growth, optimize workflows, and improve data integration.
- Conduct analyses of commission data to identify trends, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for compensation plan adjustments.
- Manage and resolve high-level escalations related to commission discrepancies, providing guidance and support for the commissions team.
- Support Finance leadership in providing accurate and timely commission accruals.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, participating in audit processes and regularly reviewing data integrity standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field;
- 4-6 years of experience in sales commissions, finance, or a related role, with demonstrated expertise in data analysis and process improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, commission management software, and reporting tools; experience with Xactly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to process design and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and present insights to senior leadership.
