About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare Growth Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably on the provider side, to join our Data team.
You will work together with our Client Success and Growth teams to design and improve our Care and Operations models, and your output will directly contribute to the success of our product implementations and enterprise client expansions. You will be effectively shaping our client-facing Analytics offering and playing a pivotal role in our high-growth company.
Your day-to-day will include identifying data needs, conducting in-depth analysis, and developing insightful reports that support our strategy and client needs.
As part of a growing Data team, you will also help us make our clinical and operational data more useful and accessible to our internal teams for effective decision making and knowledge sharing.
Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and great cross-functional communication are hard requirements for this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with Client Success and Growth teams to understand and define data needs.
- Reporting : Create, maintain, and improve comprehensive reports and dashboards to support internal and client-facing initiatives.
- Business Analysis : Perform detailed ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and inform decision-making.
- Data Integrity : Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across all reports and analyses.
- Best Practices : Contribute to the development and implementation of data analytics best practices within the organization.
- Stakeholder Communication : Translate analytical findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.

While we are an in office culture, we allow up to 2 remote days per week.
Our benefits package for employees includes competitive base compensation along with stock options. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000-150,000 USD, depending upon the job level, which will depend on your level of expertise, your experience, and your qualifications. We also provide fully-paid health and dental insurance coverage for all of our employees, along with other health benefits including vision insurance, membership to premium primary and urgent care, and online medical health providers. We also have a take as you need time off policy, in addition to 7 paid holidays and a company wide winter break during the holidays.
