Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Extract, analyze, and interpret Salesforce data to deliver meaningful insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like
- Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Reports/Dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Integrate Salesforce data with other systems and data sources to enable comprehensive reporting and analysis.
- Ensure data consistency across platforms by managing data migrations, imports, and integrations.
- Creating transformations using Informatica.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize sales, service, and marketing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- 5 years of experience with data integration, ETL processes, and working with APIs, Informatica, Oracle SQL, and Snowflake.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with Oracle, Snowflake, SQL/PLSQL, Informatica, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical
- stakeholders.
