- Manages renewal process for Accounts and builds strong customer relationships while delivering customer-centric solutions
- Develop and maintain a strategic plan to proactively engage with assigned customers and channel partners consistently.
- Resolve open issues and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and maintain accurate records of all activities, close dates, pipelines, and leads.
- Exceed sales quota and maintain a high accuracy in monthly and quarterly forecasting.
- 10 years of account management and successful quota-carrying experience.
- In the top 10-15% sales ranking for your organization.
- Preferred: 7 years experience selling technology solutions, application software, or other financial, business, CRM, or ERP solutions.
- Strong sales acumen and consultative skills to conduct thorough discovery calls and translate them into qualified opportunities that result in a high closure rate.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, that will enable remote sale of products and services, as well as internal information-sharing.
- Organizational skills and computer competency that will facilitate customer and business tracking, follow-up, and team coverage.
