New Bath Today is on its way to becoming the largest bathroom remodeler in North America, specializing in selling and installing walk-in tubs and walk-in showers. The Service Technicians are accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction following the installation process.
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Service Technician to handle all post-installation adjustments. This role requires a well-rounded knowledge of construction, with a strong emphasis on plumbing, electrical work and finish work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate adjustments needed post-installation, including fixing leaks, additional caulk work, and adjusting shower doors.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and service.
- Travel to various locations to attend service calls.
Skills and Core Competencies:
- Construction Expertise: Strong background in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment related to the trade.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, squat, and stand as necessary, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Reliability: Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and US work authorization.
Earnings: This is a non-exempt position
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000/year

You will be provided with a company van and tools.
Physical Requirements:
Work in both climate-controlled environments and varying outdoor conditions.
Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
