As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for making in-home sales presentations to develop leads set by our inside sales team. You will conduct in-home consultations, guiding clients through the process of selecting and customizing bathroom remodeling solutions. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service to meet sales targets and exceed customers’ expectations. You’ll benefit from one-on-one coaching and training with nationally recognized sales leadership in a close-knit, dynamic environment where your techniques for success will be valued and applied. What’s more, there are no commission caps, strong incentives, and unlimited growth potential.

Your Impact:
- Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for bathroom remodeling projects.
- Present and showcase our range of bathroom remodeling products, explaining features, benefits, and customization options tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates, proposals, and quotes to customers based on their preferences and project scope.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure alignment between customer preferences and proposed solutions.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and close sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value proposition of our offerings.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement, remodeling, or related industry.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Access to an I-pad.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
