HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a member of the Supply Chain Team, the Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in making sure all inventory is accounted for and placed in the most efficient locations for optimizing our distribution flow. You’ll make sure products are physically and systematically in the best location. This role is key to an efficient and effective operation by ensuring inventory is accurately managed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO ON A DAILY BASIS:
- Accurately manage and control inventory by checking, correcting, and resolving discrepancies in counts.
- Strategically map, organize, and replenish product to support picking needs.
- Develop processes for loss mitigation.
- Partner with Sales teams to problem solve when inventory issues arise.
- Continue to improve processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
- Prior lift experience is a bonus.
- Prior RF Scan Gun experience is a bonus.
- Prior inventory control experience is a bonus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Physical Requirements:
- Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings.
- Lift up to 60 lbs.

- Stand on your feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company when needed.
- Work in a warehouse environment in all conditions.
