POSITION SUMMARY:
The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of resident apartments and community areas.
Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, and employee offices as assigned.
Operate laundry facilities as needed.
Assist other departments in general cleaning in support of resident events and activities.
Keep current with all state and facility required annual training.
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education High school or GED equivalent.
Experience:
One year of experience as a housekeeper.
Skills:
Familiar with use of vacuums, mops, cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Must be able to speak, read, and understand English at a 12th grade level or higher.
