SUMMARY :
The Enrollment Director (ED) for Independent K-12 (IK12) Schools is accountable for the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students for their school(s) and campus(es). The ED reports to the Lead Enrollment Director (LED) for their region and drives enrollment growth on their campus(es) in collaboration with other campus stakeholders. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract, enroll and retain students. As a key member of the school leadership team, the ED needs a passion for education, a data-driven mindset, and exceptional relationship-building skills. The ED works in close partnership with school leadership and their Regional Director to deliver enrollment growth in alignment with our.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure that administrative activities are completed in accordance with prescribed SOPs and timelines. These activities include but are not limited to :

student assessments
completion of enrollment
EXPECTATIONS :
Attend to and manage all aspects of the new enrollment funnel process for the assigned campus(es) and ensure that all actions are taken in accordance with the Enrollment SOP. Enrollment funnel activities include, but are not limited to :
