Our attorneys have been employed by Tier 1 law firms, represented multiple Fortune 500 companies, and advised on complex acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, and large-scale development projects across various states. We have extensive experience working with national builders and developers, having completed entitlement work on more than 30 large-scale development projects.
We are now looking for a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team and handle complex litigation matters related to real estate, commercial disputes, and high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead litigation cases from inception through resolution, including handling real estate disputes, contractual matters, and commercial litigation.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs in state and federal courts.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients, including developers, investors, and corporate entities.
- Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
- Negotiate favorable settlements for clients while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Stay up to date on real estate laws, regulations, and emerging legal trends to provide informed guidance.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the [State] Bar.
- 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on real estate, commercial, or business litigation.
- Strong courtroom presence and the ability to handle high-stakes cases independently.
- Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Experience representing Fortune 500 companies or large-scale real estate developers is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
