Description
Essential Duties:
1. Conducts recreational activities for residents, participants, and patients in both individual and group settings as established by the Director of Activities.
2. Provides services to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
3. Organizes resident participation in recreation programs (i.e. trips, parties, etc.) and documents resident participation according to established activity policies and procedures.
4. Prepares activity bulletin boards and assures accurate information is posted in a timely manner.
5. Maintain work area, appliances, and equipment in sanitary condition, cleaning throughout the shift and as directed.
6. Monitors and assists residents/participants at mealtimes in accordance with established dining programs.
7. Assures participation records and individual visit records are completed in accordance with department guidelines.
8. Documents assessment information regarding resident activity needs through interaction/interviews with residents and/or family members.

Qualifications
Must have 3 years experience.
