Job Details:
- Four-day work week: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Optimizing provider schedules and ensuring patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while expediting third-party claims
- Maintaining office collections
- Explaining financial treatment to patients
- Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
- Preparing patient statements and bank deposits
- Familiarity with the office financial policy and payment plan options
