Key Functions
- Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients while maintaining a professional image.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, while managing and frequently representing the Advisors across all communication platforms.
- Create and maintain records, files, reports, and databases utilizing the Client Relationship Management platform.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the executive advisor.
- Generate weekly reports; prepare cards and other mailings for signing and distribution.
- Complete cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required.
- Associates degree or 2 years of administrative experience in lieu of degree required.
- Tech savvy individual with solid mastery of MS Office Suite for general communications, reporting, video conferencing and presentations.
- Skilled at being in sync with the advisors and “playing chess” to manage priorities and scheduling, plus anticipate upcoming needs before they arise.
