Job Description
At Sagetap, we are seeking a Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a key part in analyzing buyer (sages) behavior, optimizing engagement strategies, and driving growth through data-driven insights. You’ll identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance buyer acquisition and retention, proposing and implementing strategies to achieve growth targets. Your work will involve monitoring and analyzing user engagement metrics to understand buyer behavior, recommending and testing initiatives to boost engagement and satisfaction. You'll create and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to communicate key findings and progress to stakeholders
Qualifications
What are we looking for :
- Extensive experience as a Product Analyst or similar (Business Intelligence, Business Analyst, etc.)
- Strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of marketplaces. Specifically experience studying user behavior, growth strategies, and engagement metrics.
- Proficiency in Tableau and Mixpanel, with the ability to design and implement dashboards and data models.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and provide data-driven decision-making.

This role is a remote position, and can be based in any location. Since our distributed team works primarily across US time zones, US-based applicants are preferred.
