Compensation :

80,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Possession of a CA State Life and Health License - required part of the program
• Leading a Team of Financial Advisors
• Educating potential clients on the products and services we offer at Mass Mutual
• Growing a Network and Attending Community events
• Prospecting for new Clients in various social and Networking groups
• Customizing strategies for Clients
• Using social media and other marketing tools to Prospect (FB Business and Linked-In)
• Building long-term relationships with clients and keeping relationships strong through consistent correspondence
• Use the CRM database to organize your business and do a Relationship Marketing program through digital mailers
