A Senior Trainer will participate in directing, coordinat ing , and participate in development and delivery of training programs and training processes for staff. Key areas of responsibility :
- Build and enhance curriculum and training programs to support the job function and performance needs of the teams.
- Deliver and / or oversee the delivery of the defined training programs at each of the locations to ensure consistency of delivery and results.
- Develop and implement evaluation processes to gauge the effectiveness of training.
- Track and report on training programs.
Develop appropriate metrics.
