A Software Architect accomplishes HCT mission by effectively capturing business requirements, map processes, and develop functional specifications in support of business priorities and works with the Development and QA teams to develop new processes or changes.

Bachelor?s degree obtained through traditional institution. Preferred major : engineering, business, finance, math, economics, information systems, and information technology
Experience : 5-8 Years
Mandatory Skills :
- Excellent communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentation skills
- Relational DB models and SQL experience
- Software development / design / architecture experience
- Proven experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Previous experience in a Web-based services (SaaS) environment
- Willingness to travel about 10%
- Professional presence with the ability to establish credibility based on integrity, knowledge and dedication to excellence
- Experience employing planning, task organization and task estimation methods
- Organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
- Meeting facilitation and presentation skills
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and quality
