Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to completion for a variety of projects, including digital and print media.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, ensuring the quality and consistency of design work.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5 plus years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on:
Leading design projects from concept to completion.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing.
Creating a wide range of digital and print media.
Staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
