REPORTS TO : Facilities Supervisor / Manager, Building Administrator
GENERAL SUMMARY :
Maintain the facilities in a clean and orderly condition in accordance to the district's standards. Custodians will be provided with daily assignments and checklists assigned by building administrators, management and / or supervisors. Custodians will follow the direction of lead custodians. Custodians will actively communicate with building administrators to ensure building needs are addressed properly.
The Facilities Department will operate in a professional and customer service minded manner in accordance with district standards.

Physical Demands - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and smell. The employee will frequently be required to sit, stand and / or walk, and may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
