We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to serve as the High School Boys' Lacrosse - JV Coach for our team. This is a seasonal position with Heritage High School Athletics Department. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching lacrosse and a desire to help young athletes develop their skills both on and off the field.

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to serve as the High School Boys' Lacrosse - JV Coach for our team. This is a seasonal position with Heritage High School Athletics Department. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching lacrosse and a desire to help young athletes develop their skills both on and off the field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement practice plans that focus on skill development, team building, and game strategy
- Plan and execute team meetings, parent meetings, and team events
- Attend all games, tournaments, and practices as required
- Work with assistant coaches to ensure a safe and positive environment for all team members
- Monitor and maintain team equipment and uniforms
- Provide feedback to athletes on their performance and progress
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administrators
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level
- Knowledge of lacrosse rules and strategy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with athletes, parents, and school administrators
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for practices and games
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
