This part-time, temporary role will extend through June 2027.

JOBSUMMARY : Serve Enrollment Management departments (UndergraduateAdmissions, Graduate Admissions and International Programs, etc.) in theevaluation, implementation and maintenance of all computer software used tosupport the enrollment function. Coordinate the integration of technology for various functional unitsrelated to enrollment and student services across the university.

ESSENTIALDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist with the daily integration of Ellucian's Colleague, WorkDay, Slate, Perceptive Content and other related technological platforms used by the University.
  • Generate admission reports and application assistance for internal and external staff / departments as needed.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, including daily / weekly admission reports, error reports and processing forms. Perform data clean-up to resolve application issues.
  • Assist with system testing for admissions systems.
  • Administer communication initiatives, database management, creation of targeted content, and on-going CRM messaging. Prepare information for mailings, emails and other uses.
  • Provide backup assistance for co-workers when necessary or requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISIONRECEIVED :

General supervision is received from theCommunications and Enrollment Specialist under the supervision of theExecutive Director of Admissions.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior knowledge of computer systems, program development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
  • Technology skills, knowledge, and learning abilities commensurate with the increasing technology-related demands of the higher education environment.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 suite (to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn specialized software.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have customer-service oriented attitude and demonstrable, successful customer-service experience.
  • Ability to work independently yet function effectively as a team member.
  • Ability to work under occasional pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with respect to student records.
  • Experience and ability to positively interact with a diverse campus community.
  • Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodations.
  • PREFEREDQUALIFICATIONS :

  • High level of experience with the Slate CRM system, Ellucian Colleague and / or Workday, and Perceptive Content preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users verbally, in writing and in training presentations to groups or individuals is highly desirable.
  • Experience in data compilation and analysis preferred.
  • Experience in higher education setting preferred.
  • Previous experience in an Office of Admissions is highly desirable.
