We are seeking a dynamic Pool Attendant to join our team. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest promptly with a smile and maintain eye contact
- Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel
- Offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to the companys standards of excellence, professionalism and friendliness\
- Ensure pool and pool bar is setup per standard at opening and closing
- Stock and replenish pool bar items
- Ensure adequate supply of towels or pool guest amenities are stocked at all times
- Keep an accurate par if food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas
- Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures
- Take ownership of all service issues brought to your attention by guests
- Support pool bartender and pool servers as needed throughout shift
- Maintain an increased awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel
- Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested
