About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Community Engagement Coordinator to execute and manage the daily operations of our ambassador program and other community needs. This role will support the Lead Community Manager in ensuring the program runs smoothly, maintaining strong communication with ambassadors, and driving engagement across our community. This is an execution-focused role requiring a self-starter who can work independently with minimal training.
Responsibilities
Ambassador Program Management : Execute and manage the day-to-day operations of Sahara AI’s ambassador program.
Community Engagement : Foster communication and engagement with ambassadors on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.
Event Coordination : Assist with organizing ambassador-led events, such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, and community activities.
Feedback Collection : Gather ambassador feedback and share it with the Lead Community Manager for actionable insights.
Collaboration : Coordinate with moderators and the community team to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Reporting : Monitor and report on program performance, including ambassador activity and community engagement metrics.
Content Support : Collaborate with the content team to ensure ambassadors have the necessary resources to share high-quality UGC.
Networking : Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors and community members to ensure alignment with program goals.
Basic Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in community operations or program coordination.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter with the ability to execute tasks independently and with minimal training.
Networking skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proficiency in tools like Notion, Canva, and basic video editing software.
General understanding of Web3, blockchain, and AI technologies.
Familiarity with Discord and Telegram platforms.
Creativity and a knack for staying on top of emerging trends in digital communities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ambassador or influencer program management.
Knowledge of performance analytics and engagement tracking tools.
Experience with ambassador platforms like Dework.xyz
