What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Agency Manager (Class MB License Holder) position at Sahara Global Security?
Sahara Global Security is seeking an "Agency Manager" to direct the activities of licensed security officers operating in the great state of Florida.
Applicants must have a Class “M” or Class “MB” Manager License, and be a Class “D” licensee, who has been so licensed for a minimum of two (2) years. The manager must also hold a Class "G" license. The manager will operate primarily from the location for which they have been designated as manager.
Work Schedule:
- Part time, hybrid work environment
- 5-10 hours/week
- Hours will change based on growth
Principal duties:
- Recruit, interview, screen, hire, and onboard new security officers using Sahara Global HR systems
- Schedule employees to work various client sites using specific system
- Train and supervise security officers
- Time keeping, payroll, and compliance
- Customer service
- Oversee day-to-day security operations
- Client acquisitions
- Oversee the growth of Sahara Global Security in Florida

Qualifications:
- Class D, Class G, and Class MB or Class M Licenses (Required)
- 2 Years Security Experience (Required)
- 4 Years Law Enforcement Experience (Highly Preferred)
- 4 Years Military Experience (Preferred)
- 1 Year Customer Service (Required)
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Associates Degree or higher in a relevant field of study (Preferred)
- Drivers License (Required)
