Hourly Guard Schedule:
Mon-Fri - 4:00pm - 10:00pm (30 HPW)
Vehicle Patrol Schedule: NEED BID FOR 3 & 4 PATROLS A NIGHT
Mon - Fri - 4 Vehicle Patrols(20 PPW)
The patrols will be conducted between 11pm - 6am
HOURLY GUARD DUTIES:
- Guards will complete hourly walk through each floor of the building and the perimeter of the outside
- Guards will be in uniform at all times to make presence known.
- Guard will escort all unruly person off the property if they resist guard will call the authorities for assistance and complete a detailed report to include any case numbers associated.
- Guard will report all illegal activity to the authorities and complete a detailed report to include any case numbers associated with the situation.
- Guards will complete detailed reports on the Freedom Security Solutions link at arrival to the property and every hour after until a departure report at the end of shift.
Patrol Duties:
- Patrols will drive through the the property slowly looking for any trespassers or suspicious activity
- Patrol will ask all trespassers to leave the property, If they resist authorities will be called and a detailed report completed with any case number that applies
- Patrol will report all illegal activity to the authorities and complete a detailed report to include any case numbers that apply.
- Patrols will complete a detailed report on Freedom Security Solutions link after every patrol making sure to report everything done or saw during the patrol.
