They will be responsible for ensuring all concerts and live entertainment are properly planned and executed. It will be the Audio Technician's responsibility to supervise the operation and maintenance of all live sound systems throughout the property venue. They will be required to work both indoor and outdoor events and must be able to works in a fast paced, high stress, very physical environment.Desired Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms
- A professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all times
- Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to working independently with little to no supervision
- Must be able to perform in a team environment
- Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and leadership
- Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired
- Must have exceptional time management skills
- An intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as : Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is preferred
- Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts with ease or determine if management is needed in certain guest situations
- Execute all approved concerts and live shows.
- Assist in the development of design and production specifications of all concerts and live entertainment to ensure that a production schedule is maintained.
- Establish schedules for routine and preventive maintenance of all audio equipment.
- Assist in ensuring all of the company owned equipment is properly maintained.
- Assure the maintenance, working quality and upkeep of all audio equipment.
