Leasing Consultants are responsible for all aspects of leasing an apartment home as defined by our policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include marketing to prospects, securing interviews/leases, qualifying prospects, typing up lease agreements & all required addendums, assisting current residents, lease renewals/resident retention, and rent collection and completing bills.
