Duties
- Design and implement training programs that enhance players' skills and understanding of the game.
- Conduct regular practices focusing on technique, strategy, and teamwork.
- Educate athletes on the rules of volleyball, sportsmanship, and health-related fitness.
- Monitor athletes' performance during practices and games, providing constructive feedback.
- Manage behavior effectively to maintain a positive and productive team atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote overall athletic development within the program.
- Organize team meetings and communicate effectively with players and their families regarding schedules, expectations, and progress.
- Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching or physical education, preferably in volleyball.
- Experience working with students or young athletes in a coaching or educational capacity.
- Strong behavior management skills to foster a respectful and focused training environment.
