Job Description:
At SAI BR, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our industrial site in Sparks/Reno, Nevada. This individual will be responsible for managing the operations, leading the team, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage daily operations, supervising all on-site activities and ensuring processes are efficient and safe.
- Lead, train, and coordinate the team, delegating tasks, problem-solving, and developing the workforce.
- Plan and control operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and timelines.
- Control quality and safety, ensuring all operations comply with company standards and applicable regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for communication between stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, authorities, and internal teams.
- Manage the project budget, controlling costs and ensuring completion within the approved budget.
- Monitor performance, evaluate process effectiveness, and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial areas and team management.
- Strong knowledge in management, planning, and installation of industrial projects.
- Experience in project management, budget control, quality, and safety management.
- Familiarity with digital tools and management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or industry-specific tools.
- Knowledge of project management software, ERP systems, or operational monitoring systems.
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle unexpected challenges.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, including interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing methodologies (lean, kaizen, six sigma).
- Project management experience.
- CREA certification (USA).
