Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Project Manager to join our team in Salem, NH. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of construction documents, including drawings and specifications for technical projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and electrical engineering, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be expected to lead and develop detailed design and production of construction documents, as well as manage multiple drafting resources and personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage several projects at a time
- Develop and monitor internal financial budgets to ensure profitable project completion
- Lead and develop detailed design and production of construction documents
- Manage multiple drafting resources and personnel
- Develop specifications and perform material, product selection and research
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Design
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and design
- Professional registration as an Engineer or Architect is preferred
Salary and Benefits
