Job Title: Sales Representative - Retail Technology Solutions

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on selling cutting-edge retail technology solutions to Grocery, Convenience and Drug Retailers across the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and retail innovation. Ideally, they will also have experience in working with Retailers Loss Prevention teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential Retail clients through relationships, research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Tier one and two retailers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored technology solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our retail technology solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail technology or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand and explain complex technology solutions.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the USA to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
