Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and assist guests in making selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout service, including proper handling and presentation of dishes.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are accurate.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication regarding orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support guest services and overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary terminology is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
