Job Summary:
We are looking for a Call Center Representative to handle incoming calls, assist clients, and perform basic clerical tasks. You will play a key role in providing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly.
- Provide information or transfer calls to available counselors.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
- Assist with mailings, assembling information packets, and organizing supplies.
- Take voicemail messages and relay them as needed.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable using computers for data entry and documentation.
- Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus.
