LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
SAIBER LLC is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate with 3-6 years of litigation and / or employment law experience to join our Florham Park office. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and talented attorney who seeks challenging work assignments with a reasonable hourly requirement. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment.
Our client-focused approach has earned Saiber a Tier 1 Firm raking within the Labor & Employment Litigation and Commercial Litigation categories in the most recent edition of U.S. News’s Best Law Firms, as well as a ranking in the 2023 edition of Chambers USA for Commercial Litigation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and prepare briefs, pleadings, motions, and other related litigation documents.
- Prepare discovery responses and requests.
- Conduct legal research.
- Provide client status reports.
- Participate in business development.
- Other litigation-related matters as needed.
