What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Assistant (In office) position at Saible Law Group?
We are a small insurance defense firm located in downtown St. Petersburg that specializes in Premises Liability and Construction Defect claims.
The job will require you to perform standard secretarial and administrative duties in order to assist the attorneys in the office. However, you will not be expected to handle an overbearing case load.
This job also requires some paralegal work, so you should have some experience handling personal injury claims, and be generally familiar with discovery, medical record production, e-filing, etc. You should also be proficient with Florida E-Portal, HOVER, JAWS, CM / ECF System and other Florida court systems.
More than anything else, this job requires someone who is passionate, motivated, selfless, and highly conscientious about their work.
