Description
SAIC is seeking an Arms Transfer and Technology Release Analyst to support the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA)/International Engagement Directorate (IED)/Strategy and Policy Division (SPD). This position is full-time and onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.
Responsibilities to include
- Directly supports Director, DTSA/IED for Strategy and Policy in the execution of projects that support the security cooperation and technology release mission on-site in the Mark Center.
- Provides professional and analytic deliverables and insights in support of technical, managerial, procedural, and project tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters (preferred) and 6-10 years of experience in defense sector, security cooperation and/or technology release.
- Experience supporting DoD in developing policies and strategic campaign plan(s) and prepare packages for engaging senior Department and interagency decision-makers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks through strong organizational skills as well as to lead both individuals and teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic government work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to research, organize, write, and edit staff packages.
- Familiarity with DoD organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with working alongside senior officials and senior staff.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Commitment to exceptional client service and professionalism while working at the client site.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and common office software applications.
- Ability to provide on-site support in the Mark Center.
