Description
SAIC is seeking a Biometric Analyst to support a technically diverse team that provides comprehensive biometric analysis to support and enable operations and all-source analysis. In this role, the analyst performs one to many (1 : N) and one to one (1 : 1) biometric analysis using a variety of biometric systems and / or repositories to identify persons of interest.
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting biometric data and identity information to prepare clear and concise reporting for Sponsor and other IC partners at large via email and Sponsor message systems. This position is in a fast paced environment and the candidate must be able to work effectively under deadlines to deliver short-turnaround requests for high-priority requirements. The position requires flexibility, strong analysis, writing, and communication skills.
Qualifications
Requirements :
Active TS / SCI with poly clearance.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University or a minimum of six (6) years of experience working with biometric modalities within the U.S. military, the IC, commercial industry, or a federal / state / local government agency.
Minimum of six (6) years of experience conducting all-source analysis.
Demonstrated experience with multi-modalitybiometrics and biometric technologies to include collection analysis strengths and weaknesses.
Experience in counterterrorism, counterintelligence, counter narcotics, homeland security, or other national security priorities.
Experience using Sponsor message systems to determine and respond to biometric requirements.
Experience using Sponsor search tools, message traffic, and databases.
Desired :
Experience conducting biographic analysis.
Experience dealing with foreign liaison services.
Experience in supporting the DO customer mission.
Experience with other Intelligence Community agencies.
