Description
SAIC is looking for a CNC Waterjet Engineer to work on a contract located in Hanahan, SC.
Job Responsibilities :
- Will be primarily tasked with performing moderate to complex vehicle integration task to include metal work, welding, and reviewing the customers drawings and providing feedback.
- Provide occasional assistance to related support areas, including but not limited to kitting, logistics, and quality.
- Will need to be able to read and understand metal fabrication drawings and define plans to perform additive and subtractive manufacturing functions.
- Support engineering activities such as design, test, and fabrication.
- Work safely in a Machine Shop environment.
- Communicate with leadership, other team members, and the customer.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience : Associates in related discipline and one (1) year related experience; OR High School and two (2) year related experience.

Must be able to safely complete all the physical demands of the job in a manufacturing environment, including but not limited to the following :
