Job Description
- Coordinate Force Employment events with internal USINDOPACOM stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- Work with exercise planning tools, such as the Joint Training Tool (JTT).
- Independently perform duties required by the customer to enable participants at planning events to immediately be effective.
- Represent IFDD requirements at external forums and events.
- Build agendas and associated products in support of J732.
- Assist with event set-up and event product development (briefs and handout material).
- Provide after action reports, lessons learned, and other feedback during/following each event.
- Provide Force Employment insights into development of USINDOPACOM wargames, exercises, and experiments.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree and five (5) years or more experience; additional four (4) years’ experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Demonstrated experience as an action officer in a four-star command headquarters.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the USINDOPACOM area of operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of military processes and procedures for working across Joint Directorates and Component staffs.
- Demonstrated experience with exercise design and planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat.
- Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain.
- Must be a current U.S. Citizen.

Salary : $120,001 - $160,000
