Description
SAIC is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our team of diverse individuals in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a Polygraph. As part of a team maintaining a long-standing information management system (IMS), you will work to resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or self-service ticket. Additional responsibilities include :
- Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records
- Route calls and / or tickets to subject matter experts, when necessary
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases
- Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems
- Maintains and improves training materials for the system and host live training sessions both in-person and virtual
The position includes daily interactions with the engineering staff to support quality assurance activities and provide feedback for priorities affecting the user base.
Clearance required to start : Top Secret / SCI. Clearance required to obtain to remain on the program : Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph.
Qualifications
Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience
