Description
SAIC is seeking a Human Resources Management Expert in a dynamic System Program Office (SPO) at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). This position will support acquisition and programmatic activities for a major satellite program. The job requires familiarity with NRO organization, processes, and satellite systems.
- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating correspondence, reports, and related items for the SPO Human Resources
- Implement and deliver HR best practices; resolve HR issues when they arise
- Effectively communicate with leadership to status HR activities
- Track, write, and coordinate awards and nominations
- Support all SPO business processes and business rhythm
- Works collaboratively with SPO leadership and internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, track, and drive to closure all HR tasks and products
- Anticipates what is needed for the SPO to be successful and responsive to organization leadership
- Plans ahead, anticipates issues, provides solutions, and solves problems.
- Responsible for overall SPO efficiency
- Maintains action tracking process and tools; maintains status; provides metrics
- Drafts executive level briefings as needed
- Works with program schedulers to develop schedules depicting major SPO activities and responsibilities
