Description
SAIC is seeking a dynamic Innovation Experience Lead to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive enablement strategies for our Innovation Factory. This pivotal role will focus on creating and managing a diverse range of content and experiences to support enterprise and business group solutions, ensuring alignment with SAIC's mission to advance technology and innovation.
This is a fully remote job that can be worked anywhere within the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Enablement:
- Drive the creation of playbooks, data sheets, whitepapers, and case studies to support the sales team.
2. Content Production:
- Oversee the development of video content, motion graphics, demo videos, and product tours to effectively showcase SAIC's solutions.
3. Digital Experience Management:
- Lead the design and implementation of embedded web experiences, interactive service and product offering web pages, and stakeholder-specific website landing pages.
4. Buyer Journey Strategy:
- Develop and maintain content strategies, brand stories, use cases, and user stories that resonate with target audiences.
5. User Experience and Product Design Consultation:
- Provide expertise in UX and product design to enhance the usability and appeal of SAIC's offerings.
6. Infographic and Sales Deck Design:
- Create compelling infographics and sales presentations to effectively communicate complex information.
7. Channel Enablement and Website Strategy:
- Formulate strategies to optimize channel partner engagement and website effectiveness.
8. Team Management:
- Supervise contractors and subordinates, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.
9. Innovation Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovation strategies that align with organizational goals.
10. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between various departments to foster a culture of innovation and ensure alignment on project objectives.
11. Market Analysis:
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends and technologies, assessing their potential impact on the company's products and services.
12. Innovation Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end innovation process, from ideation through to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
13. Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of innovation initiatives.
14. Resource Allocation:
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support innovation projects, ensuring optimal utilization of talent and technology.
15. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks associated with innovation projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Five (5) years or more of experience in sales enablement, content production, digital experience management, and innovation strategy.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and product design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling infographics and sales presentations.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and supervising contractors.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct market analysis and develop strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate project success.
- Budget management and resource allocation experience.
- Risk management skills to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
