You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, using the latest design tools and best practices to create compelling visuals that resonate with our audience.Key Responsibilities : Develop and design visual content for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, social media, and web.Collaborate with marketing, communication, and product teams to create cohesive brand assets, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all channels.Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.Create and optimize user interfaces (UI) for websites and digital products, focusing on user experience (UX) best practices.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices, integrating new techniques into your work.Work with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of final printed materials.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.QualificationsMust have a current TS / SCI clearance with polygraph.Bachelor's Degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and fifteen (15) years or more experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (10) years or more experience.Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print mediums.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, and basic HTML / CSS for web design.Understanding of print production processes, including preparing files for print and working with external vendors.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and receive feedback constructively.High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
