Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
- Manage and monitor project cost, schedule and performance of major Department of Navy (DoN) and Department of Defense (DoD) projects/programs.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Customer to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of systems and products.
- Responsible for all aspects of contract performance to include implementation, program Life-Cycle Support, and technical assistance.
- Manage projects to ensure quality, consistency, and operational efficiency in all phases of project delivery, working with DoD personnel, collaborating closely with Project Managers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Physical Sciences, or Business.
- Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years of program management experience supporting Navy Electronics Systems to include Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement policies.
- Project Management Skills strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Project and Program Management proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies in addition to Microsoft products, to include Teams and Skype.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense (DoD) procurement policies.
- Top Secret clearance required. Must be able to obtain TS/SCI.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years' experience working with an In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) team focused on Maritime Position, Navigation and Timing (M-PNT).
- PMP certification.
