Description
SAIC is seeking a highly motivated candidate to support an exciting customer mission area as a Systems / Project Integrator. The successful candidate will thrive in a mission-focused environment, where strong individual performance supports team collaboration. The candidate must be self-driven to accomplish tasks, be meticulous in their work, and possess strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities include :
Support mission integration and coordination with various levels of leadership.
Manage customer facing schedules and meeting agenda development.
Provide prompt and accurate meeting minutes to stakeholders.
Assist the team with general onboarding processes.
Execute action tracking from meetings, boards, and product reviews.
Facilitate business process execution, development, and document management.
Facilitate customer configuration management process and shepherd products through approval boards.
Ability to support governance activities as needed to ensure customer review boards are run smoothly.
Qualifications
You must currently hold an active TS / SCI and Poly clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree, or experience can be substituted for the degree.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to support a variety of tasks in a timely manner.
Desired Qualifications :
Program / project management experience.
Desire and ability to work on multiple fast- paced projects.
Previous experience organizing and managing trainings in a classroom setting.
